As part of our digitization initiative and in keeping with our mandate to adhere to the COVID 19 pandemic guidelines, we wish to advise you of the adjustment made in our operations.

Kindly note that effective 2nd November 2020, ALL loan application for the Out Of Pocket Softener (OOPS) and EZUP loan shall be initiated and processed via our Online Banking Portal via  All application will receive a response within 24hrs of applying.

Our offices shall discontinue the walk-in requests for these two categories of loans.

In so doing, we continue to employ our members to utilize our online and mobile banking portal. You will need to enroll and register with the Credit Union in order to access your account online and all services offered by us. These services include:

This policy and procedure have been implemented to ensure a more effective and efficient way in the distribution of services and to reduce the on-site waiting period our members currently endure as a result of the social distancing and health and safety restrictions. This is to ensure a more efficient way of serving you our valued members.
