| N.B | This grant is suitable for candidates with satisfactory academic qualification as evidenced by examination results at the CAPE and GCE Levels. Financial need is also a major criterion for selection. Additionally, applicants should be intending to return to the Credit Union for one vacation period (amounting to ten (10) to twelve (12) weeks). One (1) person would be selected to receive the Grant. |
WHAT DOES IT COVER?
Duration : Three (3) years
Value : Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000.00) per year
Other information
- Grant recipients will be expected to write an annual report about their academic and social activities and achievements at the University
- A copy of the unofficial transcript must also be submitted at the end of the academic year
- Receipt of the award in subsequent years is subject to satisfactory academic progress
WHAT ARE THE REQUIREMENTS?
- Applicants must be a member of Transcorp Credit Union Co-operative Society Limited for a minimum of three (3) years.
- One (1) copy of identification (Identification Card/Driver’s Permit/Passport)
- Originals (seen and certified) and copies of CAPE, CXC/GCE LEVEL certificates
- Proof of Acceptance by institution of study (Acceptance Letter)
